Winery and Wine Museum

One of the distinctive features of Twins Wine Cellar is its on-site wine museum, founded by the Gamtkitulashvili brothers. The museum consists of several rooms displaying archival photographs, a wine collection, and traditional Georgian qvevri.

A unique highlight of the museum is three qvevri embedded into the wall, with a glass section allowing visitors to observe the fermentation process of grape juice and its transformation into wine. A working winery is also located on the hotel grounds.

Restaurant

The hotel operates its own restaurant, Qvevris Mze, offering traditional Eastern Georgian cuisine and wines produced on-site. All dishes are prepared using locally sourced, environmentally friendly ingredients.

The restaurant is suitable both for quiet family dinners and for formal celebrations. Breakfast for hotel guests is served in the restaurant.
