Prices

All prices include VAT. A Vector Travel service charge of €10–20 applies. The service charge depends on the number of services booked, the time of request, the urgency, and other coordination factors. Card payments incur an additional 3.5%.

Booking & Cancellation Terms

• Booking is required at least 12 hours before flight time.
• Change or cancel in advance (at least 72 hours before service start) — no penalty.
• Service may be refused to passengers under heavy alcohol intoxication.
• 100% charge applies in case of no-show/cancellation without notice; document issues at control; incorrect/incomplete booking data; no contact with the primeclass team.

Payment

• Bank transfer or card.
• Payment must be completed on time to guarantee confirmation and service arrangement.
• Card payments: +3.5% fee.
