Service Fees

Cancellation / Booking Amendments

• Cancellation of Primeclass Meet & Greet service must be received at least 24 hours before the service date; otherwise, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
• Amendments to a booking must be made at least 24 hours before the service date; in such case, a 25% surcharge will apply.
• In case of flight cancellation, the passenger must provide proof of flight cancellation in order to receive a refund.

General Terms

• Children under 2 years old are served free of charge.
• A 50% discount applies to children aged 3 to 12.
• Visa fee is not included in the price.
• VAT is added to the base service fee.
• 100% cancellation charges also apply in cases where Primeclass service cannot be provided for reasons beyond Primeclass control.
• Such reasons include late-notified changes or cancellations, issues at border control or check-in due to missing documents, incorrect or incomplete booking details, lack of contact with the passenger, or inability to meet the passenger due to a missing or unreachable contact number.

Payment

• Bank transfer or card payment.
