The restaurant is actually the home of a large, lively, and welcoming family—the proud parents of 10 children—who own and operate Barbarestan. Spearheaded by the creative team at "Gastonaut," the vision for this new project was to reimagine high-quality Georgian cuisine in a more intriguing style while remaining accessible to all. The interior concept, menu creativity, and exceptional service remain uncompromised. Barbarestan presents an array of captivating Georgian dishes drawn from the distinctive recipe book of 19th-century duchess Barbara Jorjadze. Under the guidance of renowned Georgian chef Levan Kobiashvili, the menu at Barbarestan has been updated and refined to meet modern culinary standards.
