The national cuisine of Azerbaijan is part of our culture: in order to better understand it, I suggest you cook traditional dishes yourself. In the market you will feel the tastes and aromas of Azerbaijani cuisine. National gastronomic traditions
The master class will be not only a pleasant training in new skills and a delicious dinner, but also a delicious immersion in Azerbaijani culture through cooking. You will get acquainted with the life and traditions of the Baku family, learn how to pronounce real Azerbaijani toasts and learn about the rules of serving in Azerbaijani.
The color of the Baku market
You will take a short trip to the market, where you will appreciate the assortment of vegetables, spices and dried fruits. The freshest black caviar of the Caspian sturgeon, bright pomegranate juice and much more will delight gourmets and awaken a healthy appetite and desire to quickly taste the dishes you have prepared. Free tasting and bargaining to the last “patron” on the market are accepted and enjoyable for both buyers and sellers.
Master class with a skilled chef
You will pre-select two of your favorite dishes of Azerbaijani cuisine from the proposed list, so that we prepare the necessary products, spices and other ingredients. On the day of the master class, you will go to a cozy Baku apartment to a popular chef who has been a hero of cooking programs. Under his leadership, you will study the ingredients of the selected dishes and begin to prepare food, so that in a relaxed and fun atmosphere, you will begin to cook.
And after a table served in the best traditions of Azerbaijani hospitality, you will enjoy dinner - crispy tandoor-churek, fresh vegetables and herbs, and of course, your two dishes. Optionally, on the way from the market to the best winery you can buy wine that matches the flavor of the selected dishes.

- Turshu-pilaf - with lamb and dried fruits
- Syabzi-pilaf - with greens and meat
- Pilaf with a village chicken, spices and dried fruits

- Eggplant, tomato and pepper dolma
- Sturgeon buglama (tomatoes, kapi pepper, curry pepper, onion, potato, seasoning)

- Potted meat (veal, lamb, spices, dried fruits, chickpeas)
- National soups (Dovga - sour-milk soup with herbs, kuftya-bozbash - pea soup with meatballs, brocade-bozbash, piti - soups with lamb)
- Kutaby with meat, greens, pumpkin, cheese
Program:
On the day of the master class, I will meet you at the hotel or any other place convenient for you, and in a comfortable minivan we will go to the master class. After preparing the dishes for heat treatment, we will go to the market, while the chef will monitor the correct "behavior" of your dishes. After the market we return to dinner.
