The modern Hotel Rooms  is referred as the sister property of Hotel Stamba. Both hotels are on a large territory. It was formerly occupied by a complex of buildings of the Soviet Press Printing House. The legacy of the former buildings is the concrete ribs of the Soviet buildings, shady courtyards, and galleries, which are now generously decorated with the lush greenery of various plants. Natural wood and tall, panoramic windows add charm to the appearance of the buildings. The Rooms Hotel is a unique phenomenon that combines refined design and a variety of services.
