The modern, fashionable Brim Hotel is located in the heart of Tbilisi, in the historic district of Avlabari. The hotel was rebuilt in 2019 and welcomed its first visitors on April 19. It is the first hotel in Tbilisi to use renewable energy. The modern building has bright, unusual, and funny details - Georgian fruits and figures of charming animals decorate the front and balconies. The interior has a mixing, modern and classical elements. Bright colors, rich tones, and smooth, clean lines create an inimitable living image of the hotel, in which one wants to stay longer.
The district of Avlabari is famous for its cozy restaurants, charming shops, and shady, narrow streets, and many curious examples of old Tbilisi architecture. The famous Tsminda Sameba (Holy Trinity Cathedral) is only 500 meters from the hotel. The modern building of the Presidential Palace and the embankment of River Mtkvari are within easy walking distance. All vivid sights of the Old Town, ancient temples, and charming, laced with balconies houses are within a short walk from the hotel. The hotel has two restaurants, which offer an air-conditioned chill-out area and an outdoor terrace. In the morning you can serve breakfast.
The second restaurant is on the top floor. Wide, panoramic windows offer picturesque views of the historic center of Tbilisi. The same room can transform into a conference room for a business event - we have all the necessary equipment for that. There is a luggage storage room for guests' convenience.
