Park Resort Tskaltubo is a balneological resort located in the central location of the city, near Central Park. The main goal of the complex is to promote and develop local tourism and according to shareholders is one of the large-scale investment projects in the region, which promotes the positioning on international market as a unique resort with all natural resources that this stunningly beautiful area can provide. The complete rebranding of the complex was carried out in 2019, when the Georgian/European restaurant "Magnolia" was added to the hotel.
