Vector Travel DMC LTD is an inbound DMC in Georgia and Azerbaijan. We operate tailor-made and group travel, MICE projects and VIP concierge services. To make payment convenient from any country, we use a secure bank-hosted card payment.

This page provides clear rules, a step-by-step guide and answers to common questions. Payment is made via a personal link through the secure TBC / GeoPay gateway.

How it works

  1. You inform our manager that you’re ready to pay.
  2. We issue and send you an invoice with booking, payment and cancellation details.
  3. Separately, the manager sends your personal payment link (by e-mail / WhatsApp / any convenient channel).
  4. You open the link and enter your card details on the bank’s secure page (TBC / GeoPay).
  5. After a successful payment, you receive our payment confirmation and a service voucher.

* Your card is charged in USD. If your account currency differs, conversion is handled by your issuing bank under its rules and rates.

Methods & Terms

  • Cards: VISA and MasterCard issued by any bank and enabled for online payments.
  • Settlement currency: USD. Any conversion into your account currency is performed by your bank.
  • Final amount payable: specified in our invoice and includes all our fees and taxes, incl. 3.5% card acceptance fee.
  • Your bank’s fees/taxes: if applicable, are determined by your bank and lie outside our responsibility.

We do not add hidden charges on top of the final amount shown in the invoice.

Security

  • Card data is entered only on the bank side: TBC / GeoPay with encrypted, secure connection.
  • 3D Secure: extra authentication may be required if enabled by your bank.
  • We do not store or process cardholder data on the Vector Travel DMC LTD website.

How to pay (by link)

  1. Open the personal payment link sent by the manager (e-mail / WhatsApp / another channel).
  2. Make sure it’s the bank’s secure payment page (TBC / GeoPay) — look for the padlock in the address bar.
  3. Enter your card details and confirm the payment (your bank may prompt for 3D Secure).
  4. After a successful payment, we will send your confirmation and service voucher.

Where do I receive the payment link?

The manager sends a personal link separately from the invoice — by e-mail, WhatsApp or any channel you prefer.

How much will be charged?

The final amount is shown in our invoice and already includes all our fees and taxes (incl. a 3.5% card acceptance fee). Your card is charged in USD; any conversion is handled by your bank.

Will I receive a bank receipt?

Bank receipts depend on your bank. From our side, after a successful payment you receive a confirmation and a service voucher.

Can I pay in installments or split the payment?

Possible if allowed by your invoice terms. Tell the manager — we’ll prepare the correct documents and link.

What if the payment is declined?

Refunds & cancellations

Refund/cancellation terms are specified in your invoice. Timeframes and method depend on your booking tariff and bank rules.
