About the Event

Georgian B2B Travel Workshop in Azerbaijan 2027 is the fifth annual event organised by Vector Travel DMC to strengthen professional ties between the tourism markets of Georgia and Azerbaijan.

On 16 April 2027, we will once again bring together representatives of Georgian hotels, hotel groups and other tourism suppliers with Azerbaijani travel agencies and tour operators in Baku.

Building on the experience of our previous four events, we plan to invite approximately 130–150 representatives of Azerbaijan's tourism industry. The main objective is to introduce Georgian tourism products directly to potential partners, discuss commercial terms and develop long-term cooperation.

Vector Travel DMC acts as the event organiser and coordinator of further cooperation, providing a single point of contact for bookings and travel programmes, transparent communication and prompt support.

Additional Opportunity — TourismFest Baku 2027

Georgian Tourism Corner · 17–18 April 2027

In 2027, participants of Georgian B2B Travel Workshop will have an additional opportunity to continue promoting their hotels at TourismFest Baku 2027.

The festival will take place on 17–18 April at Passage 1901, an exhibition venue in central Baku. Unlike the professional B2B Workshop, TourismFest brings the tourism industry together with a broader audience of potential travellers.

Vector Travel DMC is organising Georgian Tourism Corner, a shared exhibition area for Georgian tourism brands. Participants will be able to showcase their hotels, logos, photographs, catalogues, brochures and special offers in one coordinated exhibition space.

Georgia Hour — A Special Programme Dedicated to Georgia

On the first day of the festival, 17 April, a special one-hour programme dedicated to Georgia is planned.

The proposed programme includes a presentation of Georgia's tourism opportunities, introductions to participating brands, interactive quizzes, competitions and prize draws. Elements of Georgian national culture are also being considered.

One trip to Baku — two promotional formats: 16 April — professional B2B meetings; 17–18 April — participation in an open tourism festival.

TourismFest participation is an additional paid option. The detailed programme, opportunities for Georgian hotels and information about the exhibition area are available on the dedicated Georgian Tourism Corner page.
