What Is TourismFest Baku 2027?

TourismFest Baku 2027 is a tourism festival in Azerbaijan that brings together travel industry professionals and potential travellers at one venue.

The festival is organised by Plus Media Production. The first TourismFest took place in 2024, and the April 2027 edition will be the second event in the series.

Unlike a traditional closed B2B trade exhibition, TourismFest is primarily designed to promote tourism products, develop the local travel market, and facilitate direct communication between tourism businesses and potential customers.

The event is expected to feature travel companies, hotel brands, airlines and other tourism-related businesses presenting their services and offers.

TourismFest combines an exhibition format with entertainment and educational activities, including destination presentations, musical performances, competitions, interactive sessions and themed events.

Georgian Tourism Corner

A Shared Exhibition Space for Georgian Tourism Brands

For participants of Georgian B2B Travel Workshop 2027, Vector Travel DMC is organising a dedicated Georgian exhibition area at TourismFest under the name Georgian Tourism Corner.

Several standard exhibition stands will be brought together to create a coordinated presentation area, featuring a unified visual concept, branding and promotional spaces for participating companies.

Each participating hotel will have an opportunity to present its brand, facilities and tourism products within the shared Georgian exhibition.

Brand Visibility

  • Hotel logo displayed within the shared stand
  • Photographs and promotional materials on the branded display
  • Key hotel information and selling points
  • Presentation of special offers

Promotional Materials

  • Catalogues and brochures
  • Business cards
  • Promotional leaflets
  • Branded pens and small souvenirs
  • Current hotel offers and packages

Personal Participation by Hotel Representatives

Representatives of participating companies will be able to attend Georgian Tourism Corner, interact with visitors, answer questions, promote their products and establish contacts throughout the two festival days.

Participants may also use the event to connect with other exhibitors and arrange additional business meetings.

The main concept: Georgian hotels can gain visibility at TourismFest through a professionally coordinated national exhibition area, without having to independently organise a separate exhibition stand.

The final number of stands, exhibition design and allocation of promotional space will be determined after the participant list has been finalised. Comparable promotional visibility is planned for each participating brand.

Georgia Hour — A Special Destination Programme

17 April · Festival Opening Day

A Dedicated One-Hour Programme About Georgia

One of the key opportunities for participants of Georgian Tourism Corner will be Georgia Hour, a special one-hour programme dedicated to Georgia as a travel destination and to the participating hotel brands.

Subject to coordination with the festival organisers, Georgia Hour is planned for the first day of TourismFest, following the official opening.

The programme is expected to take place in a separate presentation area, with TourismFest-branded staging and seating for approximately 30–40 attendees.

What Do We Plan to Present?

Georgia as a Travel Destination

An introduction to Georgia, its resorts, regions, holiday experiences and diverse tourism products.

Georgian Hotels

Presenting participating hotels, their facilities, distinctive features and offers relevant to the Azerbaijani market.

Audience Interaction

Questions and answers, quizzes about Georgia, competitions and possible prize draws supported by participating companies.

Georgian Culture

The possible inclusion of a short Georgian dance performance or other elements of Georgian national culture is under consideration.

Why Are We Organising Georgia Hour?

Our objective is to create an engaging and dynamic event within the festival, attract visitors to the presentation area, and promote Georgia not only as a destination, but also through specific hotel brands.

After the programme, interested visitors will be able to continue conversations with hotel representatives directly at Georgian Tourism Corner.

For participating hotels: Georgia Hour provides an additional opportunity for brand promotion beyond the exhibition stand, through a dedicated festival programme.

The format of each brand's presentation, speaking times, competitions and cultural activities will be defined as part of the overall programme, taking into account the number of participants and approval by the festival organisers.
